Terms of Service & Refund Policy

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Goldmine Sync (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By using the Service you also confirm you have read and understood our Refund Policy (Section 5) and Trading Risk Disclaimer (Section 6).

2. The Service

Goldmine Sync is a mobile and web application that connects to MetaTrader 5 (MT5) accounts via MetaAPI to provide real-time position monitoring, AI-powered market scanning, and optional automated signal execution.

The Service is provided by Goldmine Trading ("we", "us", "our"). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time without notice.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• One account per user. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions is prohibited.
• You agree to provide accurate and current information when registering.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Goldmine Sync is offered on a recurring monthly or annual subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorise us (via our payment processor) to charge your chosen payment method at the selected billing interval.

• Copier Only: $29/month with 2 accounts included, then $15/month for each additional Copier account; Trade Copier access only
• Journal Only: $24/month or $245/year; journal and statistics for 1 account
• Pro Plan: $59/month or $599/year; 1 account
• Elite Plan: $119/month or $1,199/year; 3 accounts and Trade Copier access, with additional full-platform accounts at $19/month each
• Founder Plan: $249/month or $2,499/year; 8 accounts included, with additional full-platform accounts at $19/month each

The final free-trial offer closes at the end of 31 July 2026. All promotional trial access ends on 1 August 2026. Registrations from 1 August 2026 require a paid subscription.

Subscription billing occurs on the same calendar date each month. You may cancel at any time from within your account settings.

5. Refund Policy

All purchases of Goldmine Sync subscriptions are final and non-refundable. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first will result in immediate and permanent account termination.

6. Trading Risk Disclaimer

Goldmine Sync provides tools, signals, and automation to assist traders. We do not provide financial advice. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, share credentials, scrape, or resell access to the Service without written permission.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and materials within Goldmine Sync are the exclusive property of Goldmine Trading. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence for personal trading use only.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goldmine Trading shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for Terms violations. No refund will be issued for any remaining subscription period upon termination.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
